Keizer Station
Keizer, OR
In 2004 Kerr Contractors began work on the 100 acre regional shopping center, Keizer Station. Kerr was awarded the site development portion of this multiple phase project which included, construction of new roads, bridges and parking lots and underground utility work.
Gladstone High School
Kerr Contractors has finished work at Gladstone High School’s Garrett Field. In mid May 2007, crews began removing the existing field, replacing it with artificial turf. Additionally, Kerr Contractors removed and resurface the existing track that surrounds the football field.
Safeway Distribution Center
Kerr Contractors completed work at the Safeway Distribution center in Clackamas. The project called for approximately 5 ¾ acres of concrete pavement to be removed and replaced. Crews had been hard at work crushing the existing concrete pavement into a layer of base rock that will lie underneath the new pavement.
