St. Johns Lead
This project was commissioned to increase UPRR’s rail line capacity for the staging of rail cars serving the Toyota import facility at the Port of Portland’s Terminal 4 (T4). Prior to construction, there was only one active line that served T4. This project relocated nearly a mile of main line track and added over a mile of siding track. Because this work was connected to Port operations, KCI was subject to stringent Port and Federal TSA security requirements.
